How much storage do I get on each plan?
The free plan includes 25GB, which is genuinely generous compared to other platforms. Paid plans scale up from there, and our top tiers offer effectively unlimited storage for full-resolution photos and 4K video, so you never have to delete a gallery to make room for the next shoot.
Can I change or cancel my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period so you keep the features you have paid for. If you cancel, your account stays active until the period ends.
How do clients access their galleries?
You share a private link (or a branded QR code) and your clients can view, favorite, and download their photos with no account required. You control download permissions, watermarks, and expiry per gallery, so clients only ever see what you want them to.
What happens to my galleries if I downgrade or hit my storage limit?
Your existing galleries and photos are never deleted automatically. If you approach your storage limit we let you know so you can upgrade or archive older shoots. On a downgrade, everything stays accessible; you simply cannot upload new content beyond your plan's limit until you free up space or upgrade.
Do you offer refunds?
Paid plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Albumy is not the right fit within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, contact support and we will refund that payment, no questions asked.
